Hello and welcome to macchiesolari.com, a photography website run by and devoted to vintage dolls and mannequins.

All of the photographs on this website are approved by the dolls and mannequins themselves. We are very strict. If we don't consider a photo flattering it won't appear here.

Our photos are all taken with natural sunlight and no artifical flash. 'Macchiesolari' is Italian for 'sunspots' hence our name.

For anyone who has a vintage doll buried in their loft we urge you to go rummaging and give your once beloved childhood chum a new lease of life, a hug and in our case their own website.
